BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

. Career development not always emphasized.

Berger Schatz is a law firm that has been representing individuals and families in family and matrimonial matters for many years. The reviews of the firm are mostly positive, with people praising the great people, salary and benefits, and flexible scheduling. People have also had great learning experiences in a fun and fast-paced environment.

However, the firm has recently changed leadership and has yet to hit stride. This is due to the difficulty of staffing in the post-COVID shutdown world and hybrid workforce. Additionally, the firm often undervalues the contributions of non-attorney professionals and communication needs to improve. There are also less than ideal hours, and career development is not always emphasized.

In conclusion, Berger Schatz is a well-established law firm with mostly positive reviews. The firm excels in providing great people, salary and benefits, and flexible scheduling. However, there are some areas which need improvement, such as communication and career development. With the recent leadership change, hopefully the firm will be able to make these improvements and continue to provide excellent service to its clients.
