Hill Wallack is a law firm with offices in Princeton and other areas of New Jersey. According to reviews from attorneys and other employees, most of their Princeton office coworkers are friendly and the area is beautiful. They have a reasonable billable hour requirement and pay is fair for their size. They offer good work life balance and semi-friendly people, with flexible and reasonable partners that provide opportunities to grow as an attorney. There are also good tech support opportunities. However, the pay is lower than other firms in the area and there is a lot of unnecessary gossip and egos. Coworkers in the Princeton office are a pleasure to work with and people are friendly. It's in a beautiful area - many places to eat. Billable hour requirement is very reasonable and pay seems to be fair for a firm its size.ConsYour experience could depend on the practice group you are in. Work can be top heavy.Advice to ManagementNone at the moment.
