Lorance & Thompson is an established law firm located in a central location. It has a long-standing reputation for providing excellent legal services and an excellent work environment. Many reviews from attorneys and staff have praised the firm for its family-friendly work ethic, pleasant work environment, and great benefits. In addition, staff have noted that they have received great opportunities to be involved in real trial experiences with experienced attorneys.The firm has also received some negative reviews. For example, some have noted that there is no CRM system in place to keep track of consistent client contacts and that the assignments are not structured enough. Additionally, there is no 401k matching and the female employees can be catty.
Overall, Lorance & Thompson is an excellent firm to work for. Although there are some minor issues, the firm is constantly making improvements. The attorneys and staff are highly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. The benefits and opportunities the firm offers are great, and it is a family-friendly environment that encourages independence.
