Brouse McDowell

The attorneys and people at Brouse McDowell can't stop raving about what a great place it is to work. I've been touched by some of the stories about the firm's kindness to its clients and the help they've provided.
Name's exceptional professionalism, insightful questions, and impact on our staff during interactions impressed us. Their quick follow-up and responsiveness were also notable, and we believe Name represents the best of this law firm. We highly recommend them for anyone searching for a top-notch candidate.

BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

are treated equally.

Brouse McDowell is a law firm that has been praised by many of its past and present employees. The firm has been noted for its beautiful offices, paid parking, and its amazing and kind attorneys. The staff is known to be family-oriented and the management is said to be receptive to change and consistently kind. Though the firm offers great perks such as staff outings and paid days off to enjoy the scheduled event, many have noticed that the Christmas bonuses could have been bigger.

During the pandemic, some have noted poor leadership with a huge disconnect between leadership and employees, and attorneys and support staff. Though there is a commitment to diversity and inclusion, many people of color have been fired or put on a performance plan. Most everyone in the firm is white and over 40 years old, and not all employees are treated equally.

In conclusion, Brouse McDowell is a great place to work for many people. The firm has an emphasis on family-oriented culture, as well as amazing attorneys and staff. However, there have been some issues such as bonuses, leadership during the pandemic, and a lack of diversity. Though these issues exist, many past and present employees have had nothing but kind words for the firm.
