Pros

Most people are great, including leadership. Smart, friendly people. Great autonomy. Good pay once you show what you can do (i.e. good raises).

Cons

People can be very busy so you have to reach out to ask for help. If you want to learn and get better you have to reach out and ask for it (people are willing, you just have to ask).
