Advice to law firm management: Treat your staff with respect and value, offer positive feedback and foster connections between attorneys and support staff
Pros: Nice office space in Philadelphia, some staff with good personalities, annual party in Baltimore, MD and office happy hours
Cons: Understaffed and overworked support staff, toxic attorney personalities, Administration who only values people for the number

Hmmm, meet some good people working there. Office location.
Cons
Don't take employee concerns seriously. Lack of appreciation and adequate compensation for some employees. Clear favoritism for some administrative staff by the RAM in the Tysons Corner office.
Advice to Management
Listen to your administrative staff and show appreciation the hard working dedicated administrative staff you have.
