Cons: Started with M/s. Mahalingam & Co. in 1975 as a litigation clerk, attended Court with him and taking down notes of evidences during hearings of Murder Cases; then with M/s. Michael Chen & Lee as a conveyancing clerk handling housing projects, M/s. Adlan & Hj. Suhaimi where I handled many PKNS projects, Taman Maluri Cheras & Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong, Taman Melawati project and others. Still working as a Conveyancing Clerk in a firm in Brickfields. Able to handle individual Transfer of properties; Loan Agreement & Charge Document for major Banks in town. Have been to the north until Penang and Perlis and to the south until Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor Baru, and to the east to Kelantan, Trengganu and Kuantan to interview clients and to execute documents.
