work in, however, Buchalter Nemer manages to maintain a great work environment for its employees. Reviews from former and current employees have spoken to the great collegial environment, friendly staff and attorneys, good work/life balance, and no-nonsense "no asshole" policy that is enforced.The firm offers great benefits and employee perks such as monthly lunches and competitive salaries. The firm is also growing rapidly with offices opening all over the country. It is clear that the firm takes great care of its employees and puts effort into making sure they are happy and supported.
The only negative reviews that can be found are the lack of remote work and long hours/long commute. The firm is also growing quickly and the foundation to support that growth is not yet there. It appears that the firm is still working out how to manage this new growth and may be a bit behind in terms of offering hybrid work options and remote work. Other than that, the firm seems to be doing a great job in creating a positive work environment for its employees.
Overall, Buchalter Nemer appears to be a great place to work. Employees speak positively about the supportive environment, friendly staff, good work/life balance, monthly lunches, and competitive salaries. The only downside appears to be the lack of remote work and long hours/long commute for some. As the firm continues to grow, it is likely that these issues will be addressed and that the firm will become an even better place to work.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Rick Tache is very difficult to work for. He works remotely and has too many things happening at once to provide considered contributions to the work being done.
