SummaryClyde & Co is a law firm with a reputation of valuing innovation and open leadership. They offer competitive pay and benefits, including high HSA contributions and a retirement contribution plus $250 a month for student loans. There are interesting and high-profile cases, as well as very good attorneys, particularly those with senior-level experience and helpful HR administrative support staff. However, there are general inconveniences of any job like employee handbooks, communication issues, and occasional ego driven behavior. There is also a strange and perverse bonus structure, which inadequately incents production but very generously incents people to recruit to replace the people who are leaving. This, combined with flat compensation in the face of high inflation and a tight job market, has made it difficult to keep and recruit good non-partner-level lawyers. All in all, Clyde & Co is a law firm that values innovation and has good benefits and lawyers but could use some improvement in communication and compensation.

The pay is competitive but not on the high-end. If you make significant contributions, you will be rewarded. Benefits are good.
