Shegerian and Associates is a law firm based in California, specializing in employment law. Advice to law firm management: They can improve by being less obnoxious, arrogant, curt and dehumanizing to past and potential (via the intake process) clients.

Pros: Really none. They are quite arrogant as they have had some wins, and they feel they can be dehumanizing to people. Don't take my word for it-look at some of their reviews.

Cons: A MAJOR security breach-uploading other client's files to another person's Dropbox. Sitting on client's cases for months on end with little communication. The security breach is extremely alarming and they were quite curt and dismissive of it. I will be reporting them to the California Bar for this egregious action.

Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 3 yearsAmazing ExperienceAttorney in Santa Monica, CA ProsHard work but amazing experience on real cases! Cases that matter and make you feel good about your job. A few years and you will be well versed in employment law.ConsLong hours. Litigation in general is challenging and this is an extreme version of litigation but well worth it. Amazing for a new attorney to start and stick it out.
