Cons: Unfortunately, I cannot give this attorney's office zero stars. My client purchased a property and used Brent King Law. He used them for the closing because the seller had asked him to use this firm. Brent King Law handled the title search and closing while representing my buyer client. When we tried to sell the property six months later, another firm found a title issue. In the end, they wouldn't take responsibility for their errors. Instead, they made excuses and refused to answer our questions promptly. In the end, it cost my client nearly $5000 to resolve the issue. We later found that Brent King had his license suspended for two years for commingling funds and misusing trust accounts. In my opinion, there are many good real estate in the Charlotte/NC/SC area. BRENT KING IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!
