Advice to law firm management: Michael A Brenna gives the entire firm a bad name and outlook for this firm, extremely unprofessional and unethical when dealing with clients
Pros: Michael A Brenna is such an awful attorney that he will have you learn whatever you initially contacted a real estate attorney for.
Cons: Unethical, extremely unprofessional, The worst Real Estate Attorney ever. Michael A Brenna is a complete joke and waist of your time

You'll be working while sick.- Unprofessional culture- Low salary- Be wary of multi-concurrent titles.- Use judgment, staying long may mean becoming unable to move. You are seen as a means to an end.Advice to ManagementIt doesn't have to be just a job. HR should review current market professional standards and integrate into the culture. The firm is in need of improvement there and very outdated in terms of how to operate a workplace.That applies to the systems. Equip your departments. They should not be on dubiously effective systems or outright lackof in this day and age. Under less pressure from being underequipped and understaffed, perhaps the culture can change positively too.

Cons: Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working for Windels Marx. The primary issues I encountered were low pay, poor management, and a complete lack of support from human resources. I would advise job seekers to look for employment elsewhere
