The firm is in need of improvement there and very outdated in terms of how to operate a workplace.That applies to the systems. Equip your departments. They should not be on dubiously effective systems or outright lackof in this day and age. Under less pressure from being underequipped and understaffed, perhaps the culture can change positively too.
