Pros: I enjoyed doing real estate transactions and I enjoyed working with my people in the satellite offices.
Cons: The Partners.
Partners to Avoid and Why: All three of them. It was like Goldilocks. One is far too strict. One is far too lenient. And one is in the middle. So there is 0 consistency. One told the whole firm that everything was fine and then a month later layoffs started. This firm's reputation in this state is that they fire people when work is slow and then ask them back when it gets busy again to lay them off again later. They do not value employees.
