Pros: Great benefits, lots of flexibility, supportive, friendly culture, and this firm is going places. They are able to capitalize on a great history/reputation and move forward with great leadership. They are getting some great cases and are really making waves.
Cons: Must be a self-starter and ready to come in and crush it.
