Advice to law firm management: You can refund my money and stop stealing from people!

Pros: I can't come up with a single good thing!

Cons: They stole $700 from me. I paid for work that was not done. A refund was offered by Leanne. I've requested it via email several times and am ignored. They've disconnected their phones they didn't do any work for me but now won't give me my money back. They have zero integrity and are no better than a common thief.

Partners to Avoid and Why: I'd avoid the whole firm - it's a one attorney operation. I am not an employee - I hired them!
