Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 3 yearsA great place to workAssociate Attorney in South San Francisco, CA ProsA great small law firm that does important work promoting environmental protection and green jobs. Associate are given a lot of responsibility and independence in handling projects , with room for creativity. The culture is friendly, quiet and collegial. Administrative staff is professional and helpful. Management is flexible with schedules and with working remotely (also pre-COVID) and very supportive of working parents.ConsMost of the work is preformed solo (but everyone will happily provide advice)
