Benefits Package:

Benefits Package: Cafeteria plan for medical, dental and vision benefits with no waiting period. Medical plans include a $25,000 infertility benefit. Medical opt out credits of up to $2400 per year. Benefits offered for same and opposite sex domestic partners and the firm provides gross up on the imputed income. Firm-paid life and disability insurance, bar dues for DC and one state, 4 weeks vacation, 3 months paid maternity leave, 3 weeks paid paternity leave and a professional development allowance.
