Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 10 yearsGreat mentorship and great leadershipEnterprise Services Engineer ProsI worked at ATL office with a great group of people. My mentor/boss was very welcoming and has set a good example not just to me but the entire team. I worked with other teams as well on daily basis and experience was very good. My boss assembled a good team, that makes working a positive experience. We are all Jedi Knights. Outside of work, we also get together to socialize and have fun. Kudos to ESG team and leadership.ConsIt goes with the job/role. We work long hours because we are problem solvers but also enjoy it while doing it. Some issues take longer, methodical to resolve. Some weekends too, but that is what I signed up for. It came with territory and was expected. However, it does feel good when you help resolve an issue, or accomplish and complete a project, and be part of a collective effort and get recognized for it (individually and as a team).
