Advice to law firm management: Care more about the families who have lost their loved one and not your POCKETS!

Pros: Zero!! They are an absolute joke!

Cons: My fathers was diagnosed with asbestosis & died of small cell lung cancer and because they wanted easy money one of their ...paralegals' told me I could not file a wrongful death case because my father did not go himself while he was dying of stage 4 lunger cancer and file within a 2 year time period after his diagnosis. I tried to file a wrongful death claim and was told I couldn't because of Tx statue of limitations which would start over for the deceaseds family member after the death of their loved one. They were just being lazy and wanted a cookie cutter case!!! Absolute shame and embarrassment for the actual owners of the Firm itself! Do BETTER! These peoples lives matter! Not just the dollar in your pocket!!
