Davis Polk is a highly respected law firm that employs a team of amazing legal minds and hard-working professionals who are very friendly to work with. The firm offers competitive compensation levels, including a generous 401k match and generous vacation time. The firm offers further education/professional development and a good culture and work/life balance. However, the pace of the work can be grueling, and some managers may be vengeful. Additionally, new ideas or improvements to existing things can be hard to push for due to the tendency of many individuals to stay with the status quo. All in all, Davis Polk is an excellent law firm that offers a professional and rewarding environment.

Advice to law firm management: Take your personal morals out of law they don't belong here and stop being idiotic racists

Pros: None they suck and need disbanded

Cons: They use their skewed racist values in your case. They make sure to scam every penny out of you then throw you to the dogs. Don't ever use these racist pos attorneys.
