BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

enemies.

Rosenberg & Associates is a law firm that is located in an area with significant traffic, making for a long commute for some of their employees. Employees report that the office is very busy and efficient, with flexible time off and a relaxed dress code and atmosphere. They also report that the company is trying to make work processes easier with new systems and that communication has improved. Along with a relaxed atmosphere, employees are able to work from home and enjoy anniversary lunches and happy hours.

However, employees have also reported some drawbacks. Low pay and a toxic work environment is a major complaint, as is the lack of competitive benefits. Additionally, client needs can change quickly and employees must adapt, with little to no reward. Furthermore, management is not open to new ideas and there is no room for growth. Employees are warned to watch their actions and words to avoid making enemies.

Overall, Rosenberg & Associates appears to be a busy office with a relaxed atmosphere and flexible work options. However, employees are not compensated well and must be wary of management and their coworkers.

Cons: They don't seem like they can speak two sentences without swearing at you. Seriously pike a caricature of 'villainous debt collector.'

Partners to Avoid and Why: John Reese, his debt collection practices will expose your company to lawsuits.
