About Ms. Sweeney
Bernadette Sweeney is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland and graduated with honor from the University of Maryland School of Law.
Ms. Sweeney has lectured to a variety of community groups on estate planning and legal issues related to long term care, and has provided training to other lawyers in the field of elder law.
Ms. Sweeney is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the non-profit advocacy group, Grass Roots Organization for the Well-Being of Seniors (GROWS).
