Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 8 yearsGrowing and ChangingParalegal in Chicago, IL ProsThe company has very friendly and warm staff, and offers generous pay and benefits. Salaries are actually ahead of the curb vis a vis the area. The support staff is extremely helpful and the location is fun. The company has recently had a total shift in management and the improvement has been tremendous, both in policy and morale. It has become a great place to work, after overcoming struggles with previous management.ConsA lot of dedication is expected of young attorneys, and a baseline level of competence is taken for granted. This can be a good thing, too, as young attorneys are pushed to challenge themselves and become proficient. Support staff copes with prodigious paperwork, but this also is improving.
