The firm has more than thirty years experience in both complex and standard bankruptcy matters and represents individuals and corporations in filing for relief under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code, by preparing all required schedules and documents, attending necessary hearings, and providing litigation representation. In addition, Mr. Sheils serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
