How would you rate the overall culture of your law firm?
Each individual office location is different and has its own culture from within.
How manageable were the hours and expectations at your firm?
This depended on who you worked for. Attorneys who are confident, knowledgeable are like a well oiled machine which in return makes the work of the support staff very manageable. If you have a nit picker, then 4get it. Such was what transpired in my experience. I started out with an attorney who knew what the hell he was doing couple that with my many yrs of experience in same area of law. Later in my tenure, I opted to transfer to a different office & I wound up working with and for an idiot who couldn't get out of his own way and operated in circles. This did not end well.
What opportunities for advancement or partnership were available?
Depending on which office you worked at there was a pecking order. You would never be made aware of any opportunities unless you complied from within where you ranked on that pecking order. This was no joke
Would you recommend this firm to other attorneys?
No I would not. There are some who are treated horrible.

Cons: The work environment at this firm is extremely demanding and stressful, with a primary focus on year-end revenue that often comes at the cost of employees' mental health. A culture of bullying is prevalent and appears to be accepted within the firm. Vacation time is limited, and compensation is not reflective of the heavy workload. Employee concerns are frequently overlooked, and the health benefits offered are inadequate. Overall, employees are treated more like tools for generating revenue than valued individuals.
