Pros

Law Firms can be stuck in the past. I was tired of working with a team that wasn't connecting. I have found that High Swartz has a strong file management program, which is important. The firm thinks forward technologically, and there are also friendly faces around every turn. Everyone is interested in seeing you succeed.

At some firms it can get clique-y among practice areas and staff. At High Swartz it really feels like a firm-first attitude. Everyone seems to be on the same page. Company communication is key and I find that they excel at it.

Cons

I would like to see more events where the offices can get together and learn more about each other.
