Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeeGrowing firm with no where to goSenior Legal Assistant ProsMid-size office and a comfortable environment. Pleasant co-workers.ConsThere is no room for growth and they tend to overwork the staff. You are required to work for multiple attorneys, up to 8 at one time. It is full time in the office for the staff, but not the attorneys, so it does not promote a feeling of teamwork.
