Advice to law firm management: Be a little more flexible and increase pay

Pros: We are not Woods Oviatt. This needs to be said. Since the two firms are consistently associated with one another, people looking into both firms must understand this. The firm is more relaxed than many other Rochester area firms. Harter has an outstanding reputation. You are treated according to your worth.

Cons: The salary is not good. There's no way to understand that. Like many Western New York firms, Harter has not jumped on the Crevath scale train

Pros: Better than our rival firm. Sophisticated work. More laid back than other firms in this provincial market.

Cons: Salary is quite low. Not as many WFH opportunities.
