Aleshire & Wynder, LLP

The attorneys and staff at Kapke & Willerth, Attorneys At Law are always raving about how great it is to work there, and the firm's kindness has moved me to its clients.
Our interactions with Jeff Malawy have consistently been positive - they are professional, asked great questions and were quick to follow up.

BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

Aleshire & Wynder is a law firm with a long history of serving clients in public entity law, and the reviews of the firm are generally positive. Employees who have worked there praise the hybrid working model, the transparent communication about benefits and wages, and the team-oriented atmosphere. They also appreciate the opportunity to work in a wide array of practice areas and the hands-on experience and mentorship that is offered.

At the same time, this hybrid model may not be the best fit for everyone. There are also reports of a poor corporate culture, territorial partners, and a high billable hour requirement. The pay may not be as high as expected for the amount of work required, and there is no contribution from the firm to the 401K. Additionally, travel time is not credited for billable hours.

Overall, Aleshire & Wynder appears to be a great place to learn and gain experience in public entity law. The hybrid working model offers flexibility and a team-oriented approach to work. However, there are some drawbacks to consider, including the corporate culture, the billable hour requirement, and the lack of contribution to the 401K.
