The firm is split up in teams with a member of management leading each team. You always have someone to turn to for advice and/or questions. Moot courtroom is amazing. You get to practice litigation and get critiqued by experienced attorneys. Many fringe benefits including healthcare, 401k, PTO, flex time, and numerous events.ConsYou do have to work hard but you get rewarded for the hard work.
