BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

will take your money for the health plan.

Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano is a law firm that has been in operation for some time, but reviews of the firm have been mixed. On the plus side, employees have reported that the firm provides a pleasant work environment with a good amount of vacation time, bagels on Fridays, and a fun holiday party. Additionally, the office has adequate heating and air conditioning, and the staff is treated fairly with an even amount of work among all employees.

However, there have been some negative reviews of the firm as well. Employees have reported that the pay is decent, but could be better, and that the cost of health insurance is high. In addition, there is no flex time for employees, and the partners have been described as mean and nasty people who are unappreciative of their employees. Furthermore, office management is essentially nonexistent, with no enforcement of policies or resolution of problems. As a result, there has been a high turnover rate at the firm.

It is clear from these reviews that, while Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano may provide a pleasant work environment and a fair amount of vacation time, the firm is lacking in other areas. The pay and health insurance costs could be improved, and the partners should take steps to be more appreciative of their employees. Additionally, better office management would help to ensure that policies are enforced and problems are resolved. With some changes and improvements, Bruno, Gerbino & Soriano could become a much better place to work.
