Spencer Fane Britt & Browne is a well-respected law firm with many positive reviews from attorneys and other employees. Most of the reviews highlight the friendly atmosphere in the office, the great benefits, and the competitive pay. Additionally, the firm is actively working to improve its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices.

However, there are also some negative reviews that should be noted. Associates often feel like they are not valued as much as the partners and staff, and there is no 401K match for associates. Additionally, the health benefits are expensive and can lead to long hours during projects.

Advice to law firm management: For Management and owners directly of the firm, I would recommend that the law Practices of William Bill Clark be suspended due to being reported for misconduct and continued financial abuse by William Bill Clark and placed on administrative leave without pay in addition we are asking for his resignation from Spencer Fane

Pros: What pros

Cons: William Bill Clark is not their for families and future generations wealth , William Bill Clark makes false accusations against opposing clients and council . Never submits evidence to support evidence. Will dodge phone calls and emails. William Bill Clark will hold hostage your family trust without a court order. Will over charge and make excessive demands without cause , I would never recommend him to represent you or your family or anyone they represent. He is extremely rude and extremely disrespectful and unprofessional I would never recommend this firm to anyone or anyone they know due to this person.

Advice to law firm management: Keep doing what you're doing!

Pros: Flexible, Great Work, Gain experience, Partners are good people, great training, great work opportunities between offices, good pay and manageable billable hours.

Cons: Very quick transition period when you are hired.
