Fish & Richardson has a positive reputation among those who have worked there. They have a nice office in downtown Minneapolis and are known for their good work culture and work-life balance. Employees are treated with respect and there are regular employee events such as lunch and gifts. Pay is competitive and the medical plan is relatively expensive.
