Advice to law firm management: Get to know your lawyers better before you hire them to be staff members or, even worse, partners.
Pros: Good Advertising
Cons: Don't seem to deliver what they promise especially one of the lawyers Christine Osvald-Mruz, who stated that she helps both employees and employers get a fair deal however she seemed to heavily favor the employer even when I came and paid her as an employe with a discrimination case. I'm quite dissatisfied.
