The firm has partner oversight on all cases and provides assistance to lawyers with any questions they may have. However, the firm expects lawyers to be motivated and organized in order to work efficiently and effectively. The case load is complex, so time management is essential in order to ensure all cases are handled properly. Additionally, some have complained about a lack of paralegal support, as well as a high turnover rate, with at least six attorneys leaving in the last few months.
Overall, Malapero & Prisco provides good opportunities for lawyers to gain experience in litigation, but it requires commitment and hard work in order to be successful. Furthermore, with the lack of paralegal support and the high turnover rate, the firm may need to make some changes in order to retain its lawyers and ensure they are getting the support they need to be successful.

Pros: The Support Staff
Cons: High turnover rates, the firm did not get enough work to keep on every attorney that they hire, awful work environment, awful supervision, and managing partners were incapable of doing their jobs. Poor communication skills upon the managing partners also made the work nearly impossible to complete. You would get an email from one with a set on incomprehensible directions followed by a "??????" after you did not immediately complete a non existent task.
