Thoits Law is an old-school law firm that is highly regarded for its commitment to its clients and its collegial atmosphere. The firm has a loyal management team and offers competitive compensation and an ideal location for its staff. The team of attorneys is approachable and respectful of its staff, and the firm is family oriented, with regular events such as happy hours and monthly office lunches.

The firm offers a good pay and great support staff, and the workload and responsibilities are balanced. The firm has a small staff, so there is direct contact with the attorneys, but also a lack of backup which can lead to issues being swept under the rug. The benefits are not the best, and the insurance coverage is lacking.

The only real complaint comes from the kitchen, which offers too many treats. Executive directors also have fairly frequent turnover, and there is a lack of communication skills from the firms leadership. However, overall, the reviews from attorneys and others who have worked at the firm suggest that Thoits Law is an enjoyable place to work, with a good balance of work and life and an encouraging and supportive atmosphere.
