Advice to law firm management: Managing Partner is an extension of the older generation of attorneys and is focusing on them as opposed to younger generation of attorneys to ensure the Old Boys Club continues.

Pros: Old boys club, pretends to care about Diversity and Inclusion, but it is all lip service. They only care about continuing the Old Boys club and couldn't care less about D&I. Women Attorneys are all miserable because they are afraid to speak up and upset the Apple cart. Staff are mostly complacent and are not good at their jobs.

Cons: Culture is non-existent. Extremely backstabbing and gossipy. Staff are treated better than associates. Female attorneys are treated horribly and white male attorneys are given every opportunity possible. Marketing department only helps Personal Injury Attorneys and all billable attorneys are expected to essentially do their own marketing.

Partners to Avoid and Why: All of them!
