Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeePatent AttorneyAnonymous Employee ProsGreat office culture and great mentoring. Good support staff. Great health insurance and other benefits. Lots of office parties. Compensation structure provides pay that is commensurate with hours billed. Hence, you can bill a lot of hours and make a ton of money or you can bill fewer hours so that you have time to do things outside of work.ConsThe compensation structure can be a double-edged sword in that it sometimes takes several months to receive a total balance you've earned (though you do receive a draw in the meantime).
