I've worked at small firms and large firms in the past and this is one of the best firms I have worked for. They care about their employees and are always open to suggestions for improvement. All of the attorneys I have worked with always thank me for my work, which you may think is a small thing, but after working at other firms where you rarely get a thank you, it is an wonderful thing to hear. They are flexible with your time and are very supportive if you have to take off for an emergency.
