Senior attorneys take the time to mentor younger attorneys and staff, and management is flexible with up to 2 days a week from home.

However, there are some negative reviews that have been reported. Some female partners have not been provided with the same benefits as male partners, and there have been reports of verbally abusive behavior. Additionally, there is high turnover due to management, and everyone will know every good (and bad) thing about you and tell others. Management will gang up if they don’t like you, and if you are a lower-level employee, be prepared for Partners and managers to treat you as such.

Overall, Shendell & Pollock is a law firm that offers many opportunities for growth and learning.
