Skoloff & Wolfe is a law firm located in New York City that has a long history and reputation for excellence. The firm has a great work experience, with a talented crew, understanding staff, and a healthy office culture. Employees are paid well and rewarded for their hard work and efforts. The firm also offers some flexibility and free breakfast every morning.

However, there have been criticisms of the firm from some of its employees. This includes favoritism, lack of raises, gossip amongst the women attorneys, and miscommunication due to the age of some staff. Additionally, there are some who believe the firm should offer more structured guidance for interns. Lastly, while the pay is still competitive, it is not quite at the same level as some other prestigious firms.

Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 1 yearNo better law firm to work at.Associate in Livingston, NJ ProsThey have brilliant attorneys who are all - believe it or not - nice people. They are happy to mentor you and always there to answer questions or give you advice. You can do very well at the firm without leaving at 7 p.m. or working weekends. Good efforts are recognized and appreciated.ConsThe compensation is not quite as high as the other prestigious firms. I'm sure most people would agree that's not a huge sacrifice, considering you get to leave at a reasonable hour and spend time with your family.
