They are happy to mentor you and always there to answer questions or give you advice. You can do very well at the firm without leaving at 7 p.m. or working weekends. Good efforts are recognized and appreciated.ConsThe compensation is not quite as high as the other prestigious firms. I'm sure most people would agree that's not a huge sacrifice, considering you get to leave at a reasonable hour and spend time with your family.
