Health/dental insurance is almost 100% subsidized and 401k options are excellent. Frequent luncheons, celebrations and office activities - free coffee, soda and light snacks daily. Very friendly and professional work environment - employees interact on a first name basis and are encouraged to get to know one another and help each other out. Majority of employees stay with the firm for 5-10+ years or until retirement.ConsNo downsides that come to mind.

Also, was very grateful for the colleagues above me who were my superiors, but also very friendly and mentor-like. Really enjoyed and miss working with them to this day. Would highly recommend OFP.ConsNo real cons for me, I had to leave for circumstances not related to OFP - still sad to this day to have left looking back.
