Reviews of the firm emphasize its commitment to professional development and its dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion. Associates and staff appreciate the market lock step pay and the options for hybrid/remote work, but some note that it can be hard to feel connected in a firm of its size. Management is said to prioritize the partners over other employees, with associates and staff instructed to bill more explicitly to increase partner compensation. The firm also has faced criticism for its annual review criteria, which have been described as too vague and not reflective of the realities of a law firm.
