Pros

Salary, the benefits, the people are really awesome to work with, the work is interesting and challenging. You work for a large firm but are recognized very well within the firm which makes the experience very meaningful. They have built in structure within the firm that enables you to thrive in your position and gives you the ability to thank others you work with in a very special and positive way.
