Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeePayne and Fears - a great place to work ProsThis is a humane version of a law firm - wonderful people and a fairly calm environment for a law firm. Folks work hard but there is not the same pressure to bill like mad as at other firms.ConsObviously there is some pressure in the environment because it's a law firm, and nobody likes the billable hour, but this is really a great place.
