EVERYONE I've had contact with has been kind and considerate, which, to my previous experiences, didn't seem to exist anymore. Quiet, clean work environment with well thought out individual work areas. Supplies galore. They're willing to invest some $$ to make staff happy. I'm very satisfied.ConsNot many. At the beginning, training is too quick and only skims the surface. Later, if you request a class, they usually arrange one. Many training classes currently available. In the few years I've worked here, I have made more "work friends" than from the MANY years of working elsewhere. Very grateful for this opportunity. Sometimes it's hard to be someone's backup when you work for your own 5-6 people.
