Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat place to work!CT Representative in Des Moines, IA ProsI got a data-entry job at G&S through a staffing agency. Grefe & Sidney is a great law firm and they treat employees right. Being a small firm, you get to know all of your co-workers and you really feel like part of a family. I was laid off after 3.5 years due to decreased workload, but I really enjoyed the time I spent there and I made many friends.ConsNo opportunity for advancement in my position - the work was pretty much the same day to day, not much variety.
