Pros

People, facilities, resources and location. At Rutan you get to work with the best and the brightest, and have great opportunities to build your business and have a very successful career. Many people at Rutan are "lifers", because it is a great place to be.

Cons

The first is conservative in taking action, which can sometimes result in slow movement. But this is definitely an area that has been improving.
