Advice to law firm management: Micro management the lower level partners I know of 1 whom has no interview skills or people skills only try to jump at the chance to THINK he letting job seekers down yet proving job seekers truly dodge a bullet by not being on his team.

Pros: The Top Level Partner are great and most likely are reason Robin Cloud is on the map.

Cons: A Single little man syndrome low level partner proved he is low level by power playing and being intimidated by job seekers with Top experience.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Allowing him to conduct interviews and waste folks time with eye rolling and head movements of complete discouraging job seekers
