Long-Term "Made" EmployeeWe celebrate employees who have made it to their three year mark with a Being Made ceremony in honor of the employee. Despite the jesting Mafioso reference, we treat this as an occasion to fondly reflect on the contributions the Made employee has made to SDLF throughout their tenure. Family and friends of the Made employee are invited to attend and join in the celebration, where the Made employee is then presented with a trophy in honor of their accomplishment. Made employees are then in a position to bargain for additional perks such as a pay raise, additional vacation time, signing an employment contract for an additional two or three year term, etc.
