"Hypocrites/sexual Harassment" - Anonymous

- Reviewed on Apr 15, 2024

Advice to law firm management: Stop allowing male attorneys to sexually harass and intimidate women. Stop lying about and degrading women. One of the married partners in LA got a Secretary pregnant and moved her down to the Orange County office.

Pros: None

Cons: I was sexually harassed with the full knowledge of the Office Admin. And Managing Partner In Orange Country as well as the Partners LA. I was forced to sign an arbitration agreement. These people are corrupt and unethical. I was fired and brought a lawsuit. All lied at the arbitration. They changed docs on the computer to use against me. I don't date my bosses, ever so I was relentlessly pressured. When I did not comply my work was sabotaged and I was singled out for a campaign to push me out.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Roger Bellows. He sexually harassed me. Thomas Tuttle who lied about my work and testified against me when it was I who helped him make partner by working overtime every night. Actually, they all bore false witness.

Advice to law firm management: The partner in charge, S.S., should be forced to interact with associates in a more direct and helpful way, provide useful feedback, and be more civil overall.

Pros: Despite recent tarnish, the brand is still solid and the firm's resources aren't terrible. Support staff are great, too.

Cons: In the Houston office doing coverage you will be working for a very cold, very distant, very harsh, very unhelpful person.
